Throughout this ten day tour into ancient Egypt Ted proved to be genuine, friendly, warm, good humoured and an excellent organiser. He made sure that each member of our small group was well looked after.
Ted has an exceptional knowledge of ancient Egypt and made every visit to each pyramid, temple, tomb and museum interesting and an adventure. He took us to carefully selected places beyond the well-trodden tourist spots and that revealed the wonders and mysteries of a fascinating world reaching back  4,500 years and more.
His local knowledge and network of friends and contacts in Egypt made for a smooth and efficient tour, and he included thoughtful touches such introducing us to his local friends where we enjoyed authentic Egyptian atmosphere and hospitality.

An amazing experience, well organised by our friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable leader. Accommodation in Luxor was in a lovely hotel overlooking the Nile River. A wide selection of temples, tombs, pyramids and museums in both Cairo and Luxor were visited.

a pre compiled review does not do justice to Ted Loukes from GnT Tours. Besides Ted being an Admirable Guide he was also an organiser of note. From the Vehicular Taxi service , the boat taxi, the entrance tickets, the Egytian guides -- The Nile Hotel which became home from home, because of your relationship with the hotel staff and management, but to mention but a few of the Luxor experiences.... Ted thank you for a most memorable experience.
